LogGate Professional is the most powerful and ergonomic
program of the Suite. It offers, beyond the functionalities of LogGate light,
several assistants and tools that are a must for the regular user:

LogGate professional allows to work with the
archives while ensuring the integrity of the data logs: The data can be presented,
the layout can be edited, the graphs can be annoteted, without any possibility of
modifying the measured values. In contrast with the classical exportation functions
(that exist in LogGate Suite), the measures can be used within legal and quality
control context.

Report creation/edition assistant
|
This powerful assistant allows you to create and
edit measurement reports in plain English with the possibility of commenting
parts of the graphs. The report assistant is the solution for producing
good looking documents without losing the legal value of the mesurements
(in contrast to exporting the data into a spreadsheet or word processing application).

Advanced tool for exploring archived files:
This tool allows you to do parametrical and chronological sorting
on the archived files, and open them directly.
- Sort by year, month, week, day
- Search archived files containing alarms
- ...
When the quantity of files grows, this tool soon gets as useful as indispensable.

Graph editing functions:
You can cut and merge graphs so as to produce documents
focused on a particular period of time (such as week, month, duration
of a transport or experiment, etc.).
Histogram view:
This graphical function shows the measured data so as to view the distribution type.
More concretely, each bar of the graph indicates the quantity of samples measured inside
each range of measure.
